Sheet Clamp Upper v3.0 for Vaquform DT2

The Sheet Clamp Upper v3.0 is the top section of the clamping mechanism for the Vaquform DT2. This version 3.0 features reinforced engineering to provide a more uniform clamping force across the entire 330 x 250 mm sheet area. A functional upper clamp is vital to prevent sheet slippage or "shrink-back" when the material reaches its forming temperature.

Version 3.0 Enhancements:

• Enhanced Rigidity: Specifically designed to eliminate bowing when clamping thicker materials (up to 3.0 mm).

• Precision Seal: Ensures the plastic sheet is pressed flat against the silicone gasket for a 100% airtight seal.
