Bring automated mortar deposition to the construction site, with a mobile system for architectural elements and larger structures.
The manufacturer describes a deployment sequence of approximately 15 minutes. The folding frame brings the printer from its transport configuration into working position without assembling a large gantry around the building.
The folded machine is 86 cm wide and under 2 m high. Its compact transport form helps access constrained areas, while site positioning and the load-bearing conditions must accommodate the 2700 kg machine.

A foldable system can be repositioned between construction zones.

Print architectural elements and walls using a wide working envelope.

Dedicated software links model preparation with on-site printing.

A 7 m maximum reach and 12.5 m maximum printable length define a working position. Larger projects require planned repositioning or several machines, with joints and construction sequencing incorporated into the design.

The mobile configuration serves enclosed work areas and outdoor construction. Select the printable mortar, pumping arrangement and environmental controls around the project’s conditions and structural requirements.

The dedicated software workflow connects design files, slicing and machine operation. Plan the toolpath and material supply together so deposition, travel and stops remain coordinated throughout a print.

The manufacturer documents a 400 m² villa printed by 3DXB in Dubai and a 14.14 m tall printed building in France. These projects illustrate different deployment strategies rather than a fixed building size for every installation.
