Bambu Lab
Create equipment housings, fixtures, handles and mechanical mock-ups. For prolonged sunlight exposure, consider ASA instead.

ABS supports equipment housings, prototypes and everyday engineering parts that will be handled regularly.

The manufacturer reports an HDT of 87 °C at 0.45 MPa, extending the application range beyond ordinary PLA.

ABS is useful for components used around moisture. Wall design and print quality determine whether a printed enclosure is watertight.

Toughness supports parts exposed to knocks and drops, including use in cold conditions as described by the manufacturer.

Compatible Bambu AMS systems read the spool RFID and identify the ABS material profile.
The supplier excludes AMS lite and Cool Plate SuperTack. ABS requires a stable enclosed build environment.
Follow the drying values in the technical table and store sealed with desiccant. Keep the spool within its own temperature limit; printer-bed and forced-air-oven settings are not interchangeable.
This listing supplies filament with a spool. A future refill must be fitted to a compatible reusable spool before removing its securing ties.
Use an enclosed printer in a well-ventilated workspace. Large, dense models are more prone to lifting: prepare the plate, avoid drafts and adjust bed temperature and speed within the material profile.
This reference contains refill filament without a spool. Fit it to a compatible reusable Bambu spool and lock the two halves before removing the retaining straps.
