Why blend PC and ABS?
The blend combines polycarbonate and ABS for functional engineering parts. It is a separate material from pure PC and must use its own validated print profile.
Enclosure and dimensional control
A stable enclosed environment helps control cooling on larger technical parts. Validate bed adhesion, shrinkage and final fit before printing a full series.
Confirm the grade-specific settings
Use the settings supplied for this PC-ABS spool. Generic polycarbonate temperatures should not be substituted for a grade-specific PC-ABS profile.
