Intamsys
Use it for developing heat-exposed tooling, fixtures and technical housings. Qualify the final printed part rather than assuming resin properties apply unchanged.

INTAMSYS manufactures this PEI filament using SABIC ULTEM 1010 resin for high-performance FFF processing.
The amorphous polymer combines heat resistance with dimensional stability for demanding parts.
PEI 1010 requires a high-temperature hotend, heated chamber and a validated material profile.
Use it for developing heat-exposed tooling, fixtures and technical housings. Qualify the final printed part rather than assuming resin properties apply unchanged.
Use the PEI 1010 profile and its own processing requirements. Do not transfer 9085 printing settings or certification claims to this material.
INTAMSYS identifies SABIC ULTEM 1010 as the resin used in this PEI filament. It is distinct from PEI 9085 and should be specified by grade.
The supplier positions PEI 1010 for heat-resistant engineering parts with dimensional stability. Use the published material data as a starting point for the actual component design.
PEI has inherent flame-resistant behaviour. Any certification required for a finished part depends on the relevant test method, printed geometry and application.
