Graphy Tera Harz TC-85DAC is a clear, biocompatible photopolymer developed for the direct 3D printing of orthodontic aligners. Its shape-memory behaviour helps the appliance recover its intended geometry while delivering controlled, continuous orthodontic force.

Direct aligner production

TC-85DAC removes the model-printing and thermoforming stages from the conventional aligner workflow. Variable thicknesses can be designed directly into a single appliance for a more efficient digital production process.
