Bring dental resin printing into a compact workspace, with a heated platform and simplified print preparation.

The manufacturer demonstrates printed restorations alongside the Aris workflow. The intended use depends on the selected validated resin and post-curing process.

Prepare supported guide geometries in the printing software and follow the resin manufacturer’s validated processing instructions.

A compact 130 × 80 mm platform and 34 µm pixels support detailed dental-model production close to the clinical or laboratory workflow.
The build platform maintains 30°C to stabilise resin behaviour and help reduce detachment during printing. Automatic levelling and Z-axis calibration handle initial setup without a manual levelling routine.
Residue detection checks the tank for remaining cured material, while NFC identifies the resin tank. These checks help prevent setup mistakes before the platform starts moving. The health dashboard tracks tank and screen service life.
The quick-release screen can be removed, replaced and locked without a lengthy disassembly process. Together with the compact enclosure, this makes routine servicing practical in a clinic or a small dental laboratory.

Send jobs through USB, Wi-Fi or Ethernet. The 130 × 80 mm platform and 200 mL resin tank suit compact dental production, while the interface brings preparation and printer status together.

SHINING Flow connects intraoral and facial scans, cloud order management, design services and print preparation. Supported workflows include cloud nesting and slicing, followed by printing, post-processing and clinical try-in. Services and materials are selected for the intended dental application.

The optional FabCure 1S uses a rotating turntable to expose printed parts consistently during post-curing. Choose the validated washing and curing protocol for the resin; the curing unit is a separate accessory.
Aris has one platform size and does not support the Hyper Clear tank. Its open material system allows third-party parameter testing, but each material and clinical workflow requires suitable validation before use.
