Choose the Ultra configuration that fits your balance of pixel size and production area, with Asiga’s open material ecosystem.
Choose Ultra 32 for 32 µm pixels or Ultra 50 for a larger build area with 50 µm pixels. Build volume differs between configurations.
The magnetic holder simplifies platform handling between printing and post-processing.
Touchless entry raises the hood without touching a handle, reducing unnecessary handling during resin work. Manual opening remains available, while the magnetic platform holder simplifies removing and replacing the platform.
Infrared heating extends the thermal range available for advanced resins. Built-in chamber temperature control helps prepare materials and maintain repeatable processing conditions; the operating temperature follows the chosen material profile.
Transparent Mode adjusts the printing process for water-clear resins to address unwanted blooming and over-curing. Use the corresponding material profile to retain fine geometry while producing transparent parts.
The tray clamping system is designed for rapid material changes without a calibration step. An intuitive touchscreen interface keeps job controls accessible during everyday operation.
Composer provides automatic part placement and support generation alongside advanced settings for experienced operators. It accepts STL, SLC, PLY and STM files; the printer supports Wi-Fi, Wireless Direct and Ethernet connections.

Asiga’s material library and Composer profiles support a broad choice of qualified resins. Select a profile validated for your application.
Asiga’s Smart Positioning System monitors layer positioning during the build. An integrated radiometer also calibrates the UV LED output, helping keep exposure and layer formation consistent over repeated production runs.
The optional Ultra Crown Kit adapts the printer for smaller, faster crown workflows with lower resin volume. Washing and post-curing complete production; choose the equipment and validated cycle appropriate to the material.
