Ultrafuse PET CF15 combines PET with 15% carbon fibre for strong, rigid printed components.
The material is suited to applications where dimensional stability in humid conditions is important.
The manufacturer positions PET CF15 as a processable engineering composite for demanding functional parts.

Forward AM recommends a hardened or ruby 0.6 mm nozzle, a heated build surface and controlled printing speed. Follow the PET CF15 profile rather than a generic PETG profile.
Ultrafuse PET CF15 combines a PET base with 15% carbon fibre for rigid technical components. Low moisture uptake supports applications in humid environments.
The manufacturer recommends a hardened or ruby nozzle, ideally 0.6 mm, with glass or PEI as the build surface. The technical sheet specifies no part-cooling fan and 0.2–0.4 mm layers.
The manufacturer lists BVOH and HIPS as support options. Choose a removal process compatible with the model; HIPS is not a water-soluble support.
