Bambu Lab Hotend with Hardened Steel Nozzle
The Bambu Lab hotend features a unique all-in-one design that integrates the heat sink, throat, heater block, and nozzle into a single unit. This design allows Bambu Lab hotends to achieve faster heating compared to traditional hotends while minimizing the risk of filament oozing or leakage at the nozzle and heat break interface.
Bambu Lab offers hotends in two configurations: a standalone hotend with a nozzle and a complete hotend assembly. The complete hotend assembly includes: [1] a hotend with a nozzle, [2] a cooling fan, [3] a ceramic heater, [4] a thermistor, [5] a silicone sock. It comes pre-assembled and ready to be used in your Bambu Lab 3D printer. If you need to replace the nozzle, you have the option to either replace the hotend with the nozzle on your original complete hotend assembly or replace the entire complete hotend assembly.

* Filaments containing carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particles are prone to cause clogging with a 0.2 mm nozzle.
** When printing with carbon fiber or glass fiber-contained filaments from other brands, using a 0.6 mm nozzle is more recommended to minimize the risk of clogging.
*** A hardened steel nozzle is more abrasion-resistant to print with carbon fiber or glass fiber-contained filaments.
