Soft Surface: Handle with care when removing prints. Avoid using sharp or rigid scrapers.
TPU Not Supported: Do not print with TPU filament—it will permanently damage the plate.
Heatbed Temperature: Increasing bed temperature improves adhesion. Adjust settings based on your specific needs.
Nozzle Cleaning: Before auto-leveling, the nozzle must be wiped multiple times in the designated wiping area to remove residue. Wear in this area over time is normal and does not affect print quality or nozzle life.
Durability: SuperTack is a consumable surface and will wear over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects found upon arrival—not cosmetic issues like scratches, dents, or cracks.
Cleaning: Use water and mild detergent if needed. Do not use organic solvents (especially acetone), which will damage the SuperTack surface.
PLA Silk Warning: Bambu PLA Silk adheres too strongly and may damage prints. Its use is not recommended. For third-party PLA Silk filaments, use the Generic PLA Silk preset in Bambu Studio and assess compatibility accordingly.
