Shining 3D
A dental DLP workflow for models, with dedicated preparation software and material profiles. This listing is for a refurbished machine.

Full-HD projection reproduces detailed resin geometries.

Prepare models and supports with the manufacturer’s printing software.

Use validated printing parameters and suitable post-processing.

The integrated software provides intelligent support generation and a guided one-click printing workflow. Pixel-by-pixel distortion correction works with the 1080p DLP projector to reproduce dental detail across the build area.

Supported applications include working models, implant models, surgical guides, gingiva masks, custom impression trays, indirect bonding trays and wax-ups. Each application uses an appropriate resin and validated processing cycle.

The open system accepts SHINING Dent materials and compatible certified third-party resins. Material choice determines clinical suitability and the washing and curing stages, rather than the printer alone.

The manufacturer recommends Fab Cure for the validated post-curing workflow. Its rotating turntable distributes exposure around the part; time and material settings remain essential to the final mechanical properties. The curing unit is specified separately.
The resin tank is designed for extended use, while USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi fit different laboratory setups. Check the tank, release surface and optical path as part of routine care; actual consumable life depends on use and material.
