Bambu Lab P2S Combo
An enclosed 256 mm printer with servo extrusion, adaptive airflow and the included AMS 2 Pro for automatic colour changes and filament drying.
Enclosed daily production
A 256 × 256 × 256 mm enclosed workspace suits prototypes, fixtures and everyday functional parts. This Combo includes AMS 2 Pro.
Closed-loop servo extrusion
The extruder monitors resistance and position to help detect feeding problems and maintain consistent material flow.
Adaptive airflow
The cooling system draws outside air when needed and switches airflow for different materials. The P2S does not use active chamber heating.
A clearer interface at the printer
A 5-inch touchscreen and the second-generation interface bring print controls, status information and guided instructions together. The updated processor keeps navigation responsive when preparing or checking a job.
Flow calibration for cleaner corners
An eddy-current sensor measures extrusion behaviour so the printer can calibrate flow dynamics. Compensation adjusts delivery during acceleration and cornering, helping maintain consistent walls and fine details.
Monitoring before and during the print
Camera-based detection checks for spaghetti, material accumulating around the nozzle and a blocked purge chute. Start-up checks help identify setup issues before a long job; alerts still require the operator to assess and resolve the cause.
One-clip nozzle changes
The hotend releases through a single-clip mechanism without disconnecting wiring. This makes switching nozzle configurations and routine maintenance easier. P2S hotends are compatible with the H2D family, not A1 hotends.
Remote view and timelapse
A 1080p camera, improved chamber lighting and dual-band Wi-Fi support remote print monitoring and timelapse recording. View progress through the Bambu software ecosystem without standing beside the printer.
Wear-resistant extrusion components
The installed nozzle and extruder gears use hardened steel for improved resistance to abrasive, fibre-filled filaments. Select an appropriate material profile, nozzle diameter and drying procedure for the filament being used.
AMS 2 Pro included
Load four spools for automatic colour changes, enclosed storage and active-vent filament drying. The P2S Combo includes the AMS 2 Pro and filament buffer.
Practical workshop details
A flat base is easier to clear of filament debris, integrated handles help with moving the printer, and protected front glass supports everyday handling. The enclosure retains heat through airflow control; it has no active chamber heater.
Build plate compatibility
Compatible older build plates may print normally without supporting automatic plate-type recognition.
