Cooling System
The advanced dual-fan air cooling system is designed to efficiently and rapidly cool the extruded filament as it exits the nozzle. By ensuring that each layer of filament is thoroughly cooled during the high-speed printing process, this system significantly enhances the stability and precision of the print. This optimized cooling not only helps maintain the structural integrity of each layer but also reduces the risk of warping or distortion, ultimately contributing to smoother, more detailed, and higher-quality prints.
Designed for fast & highly efficient production
The lighter extruder and streamlined beam design work together to minimize inertia during high-speed operation, allowing for smoother and more precise movements. Additionally, thanks to Flashforge’s advanced extruder vibration suppression algorithm, vibrations generated during high-speed printing are automatically detected and compensated for. This innovative system significantly reduces ringing artifacts in the prints, ensuring sharper edges and cleaner surface details for consistently high-quality results.
